Q. I am 17 years old. I had braces and my treatment finished last year. I did get retainers to wear after my braces were removed but I didn’t wear them as often as I should of. I am now starting to notice that my teeth are slowing moving back as there as there are tiny gaps back and also when I put my retainers in they feel really tight. I havn’t been to the orthodontist for over a year because my treatment finished but I’m not sure I am allowed to go back to get the gaps closed again. Any help would be kindly appreciated. Thank you.,
