my son is missing his two bottom lower will his top molar grow until they reach the gums

Q. My son is missing his two bottom lower 12 year old molars. Will his top molars grow until they reach the gums. if so why dont the front teeth grow until they reach the gums. i also had only one wisdom tooth on the bottom and that did not grow until it reached the gums. Thanks

I would recommend a visit to the dentist , to answer your questions. Some teeth take longer to erupt then the norm.
