My son has mild fluorosis, can this be treated?
Q. My 16 year old son has mild to moderate flourosis on otherwise perfect teeth. Is there a treatment for this? Would laser treatment be effective? Thank you,
A. It depends on the type of fluorosis. Some can be whitened , micro sand blasted and then have white fillings bonded over, if too severe whitening may not help and veneers may be the only option.
