My son 3 top teeth are decayed they are on giving him false teeth but he wont keep them advice

Q. My 14 yr old son has 3 teeth on the top , which are really badly decayed. they,re on about giving him false teeth, but he has learning problems & wont keep them in.is there anything that could be done. to help him.

A. Not at such a young age, you will need to wait until he is much older before considering fixed teeth
