My periods has not come yet i wonder it might be the cause of losing the blood from my teeth

Q. I am wondering, I have had 2 of my wisdom teeth removed and i lost a lot of blood. I am supose to start my period and it has not come yet. I’m wondering if it might be the cause of losing the blood from my teeth? Could this be possible?
