Q. My son is just to turn one year old. He has 4 teeth top and bottom. He has always had a large gap between his front top 2 teeth, but today Ive noticed another tooth growing in this gap! Im worried. Ive looked on the web and have seen “supernumery teeth” is this what he may have? If so what will happen to this tooth? Will it have to be pulled out? I dont think I would want him to keep the tooth as the pictures Ive seen look awful. Please help – Im so upset
