My Maryland bridges keep falling out, what can be done?

Q.
Hello,
I have had two maryland bridges in on the top (the last teeth before the big ones…). the first time they were placed in the early 1990s by an american dentist- one of them is still in place. the second one started falling out in november 2007. Finally mu dutch dentist made a new bridge- and placed it in in october 2008.It has fallen out twice since then… is this to be expected or is there something wrong with the construction she made? what could be wrong with the bridge and what could be done? ( i am extremely careful with the foods i eat!- so that is not the problem). Thanks for your advice!

It could be a variety of different things. I would suggest you go to your nearest Dentist and let them have a look at it. The cement material we use these days to fit crowns/bridges are alot stronger, so that might be the reason.
