My gums have receded and my teeth woble what can i do for £1000?

Q. Hi my gums have receded at at the front in my lower jaw which are causing my teeth to wobble also my teeth are moving around and it has caused one of my front teeth to protrude the natural teeth line what would need to be done and how much would it cost i only £1,000 to spend thank you.

A. Dear J

Its sounds like you are suffering from periodontal disease. This affects a majority of the population to some degree. In its most extreme the teeth become very loose and fall out. Periodontal disease effects the underlying bone which is the foundations for your teeth. It is very difficult to tell you what you need without seeing x-rays and carrying out a full consultation.
Sorry to be vague but I hope this helps.

I have peridontal disease that is being treated. I am been advised to have removed my two back teeth (the molars) left and right side and top and bottom as the disease is not salvagable in these teeth and I am loosing bone.
If I were to do this would I be able to eat and fincution properly without some of those teeth or would I have to replace all with implants. What would replacing all with implants cost me? Thanks

Hello I recently had my 2 xla tooth broken and am interested in getting animplant. I have had a couple of consultations in London but cannot afford the prices they have quoted me. I am 25 a non smoker and in general good health. From the consultations I’ve had, I have a general ideaof the treatment I will need. First the extraction of the broken tooth, I also have an impacted canine which I have been told will need to be removedbefore the implant can be put in place and a bone graph done to fill the cavity of the removed canine. I have been told this can all be done at one time. My 3xla tooth is a baby tooth and I have been told that this should beremoved too. However I don’t think I could afford to have 2 implants so Iwould like to leave this tooth in if possible as it has not caused me any problems so far. With this information I hope you can give the cost that would charge to have this treatment done. Kind regards

I have been told by another dentist that to fix the problems I have, I would need 3 implants and a root canal filling, and a sinus bone graft. They have quoted me C2A38000.Would you be able to beat this price and perhaps look at a cheaper alternative.
