Q. Hi – I got hit in the mouth hard. My front right tooth took the brunt of the force and dropped down a bit lower than it usually sits and got pushed back. It bled a lot at the time and now it t’s 3 days later and it hurts really badly. Will this heal? Can I shave/file off off the bottom of the hit tooth so it will stop hitting the lower teeth causing me pain? I have no money for a dentist and getting a replacement tooth. No money to go to the dentist at all right now. Can they put the tooth back into place. My gum is a bit black and blue from the hit.
