Q. My 4 year old daughter has very rotton teeth, she has broken 2 of her 4 front teeth and i have been told by my regular dentist she needs them out under general anesetic, trouble is all the places that do this in my area are booked till april, she is in pain, what can i do or can you recommend where i can go
