I am glad you have managed to stop being sick.  The acid from your stomach has dissolved your front teeth ( the bottom teeth are protected by your tongue when you are sick) and may have affected your other upper teeth as well.  The teeth need to be restored either with composite filling materials or porcelain veneers and a guard made for you to use if you start to be sick in the future.  I have successfully treated patgients with this problem with minimally invasive dentistry.  If you wish to have a consultation with me please contact my surgery.
