Q. Hi… I had 2 upper teeth extracted 4 weeks ago. My dentist called me and wants to finish the filling and medium cleaning in my gums and she wants to do it all together, My concern is she gives me clindamycin prior to oral procedures bec of my heart murmur. Is it safe to get this procedures done even if I just had teeth extracted and I can see holes in my gums from were they got the teeth, they dont hurt and they are not swollen , Is this too soon? Does gum needs to heal first prior to doing other procedures
