My dental bridge has gaps in it and is leaking, what should I do?

Q. Hi Dr Riten I hope you can help me. I have had a six bridge which includes crowns in the top front of my mouth for the last 25 yrs. recently there have been gaps between the tooth and gum on one or 2 teeth. My dentist has filled the gaps, but says that i need a new bridge as it is leaking. Can he not just take this bridge out and re cement it in again. I’m very confused and think i need a second opinion and the cost is working out quiet expensive. I look forward to hearing from you. ,
A. If there are gaps the existing bridge will not fill them a new one has to be made.

why do dentists have such a raquette on the pricing of dental work its like your all working together so ther is no choice you have to go in to debt just to afford teeth or go tooth less
