my bottom teeth bite over my top i am interested in inman aligner is that a possibility

Q. Hi, I have 2 ingrowing top teth and my bottom teeth bite over my top, it is not uncomfortable and i do not have any problems so i do not want to have jaw surgery at my age (37), i have seen a cosmetic dentist who referred me to an orthodontics who said that brces would do the trick, but i am inteested in the inman aligner, is that a possibility.

A. You have made the right move by going to see an orthodontist. Your best option really, is to take his advice on the most suitable brace options for your own needs. It is very hard for me to comment as I haven’t seen your teeth and the bite position.
Good luck with the rest of your treatment.

In some cases it is possible as long as we are not trying to correct the overbite your bite may have to be propped open during treatment to allow the teeth to move

Hi there, I wonder if you can help me? For some time now I have had a problem with my mouth. I feel that IE28099m constantly biting the left side of my mouth. I feel that my mouth has got worse since I had my wisdom toothremoved in December. I have been to my dentist on several occasions and tried different types of mouth guards with no success. Also I have tried hypnotherapy with no such luck. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi, I am looking to improve my smile-I had a brace when I was younger and am happy with the allignment of my teeth however some of them are quite pointy and sharp looking giving a ”jaggly” effect. Is this something youwould be able to help with? ie perhaps filing the points down if this is possiable? I also have one ‘baby tooth’ which is smaller than the rest.
