Ive a cracked tooth on the top row what is the best solution?

Q. Hello, I have a cracked tooth on the top row at the back of my mouth and there is now a hole in my gum. I am afraid that it is already infected although I ensure I gargle twice daily, what is the best solution? Kind regards

I would recommend an examination with a dentist to diagnose the problem and then will be able to advisel you what is the best treatment option.
