Q. 2 weeks ago I visited my dentist, she said during the check that she was checking the pockets of each tooth. She then push the gum surrounding the tooth downwards. This was done to each tooth and now I believe a definate receding of gums has occurred. What shall I do, is this a verified procedure? Please help.,
