Is there anything wrong with my root canal treatment because I found a blob on the cotton?

Q.
after opening of root canal docter give me a cotton dressing .when i removed the cotton their is bllob on cotton.is it any thing wrong. plz reply me

Usually two cottons are placed – if they are allowing drainage then the scond cotton will sopt food getting into the tooth
