Is there any way to reduce stains on my teeth?
Q. I have stains on my bottom teeth due to smoking is there any way I can reduce these ? I have tried to give up smoking on numerous occasions but to no avail.,
A. Whilst you are smoking you will still get some build up of staining. The hygienist should be able to remove the staining for you. Ask your dentist to refer you to the hygienist.
