is there any way that my fang teeth can be taken out as i am fully aware of the side effects

Q. Hi, basically i have fang teeth. previously i had braces on my top teeth and after completion, i was given a retainer. my dentist kept cancelling my appointments and so it was never adjusted etc so i stopped using it. i was just wondering, is there any way that the fang teeth can be taken out as i am fully aware of possible side effects and also, i am comfortable with having a gap. thanks.

A. It would usually be a bad idea to take the fangs out.
They often protect the other teeth when you bite.
It might be possible to change the shape by ameloplasty and aesthetic bonding or veneers
