Is there a way to whiten a grey dental implant – bleaching or just a veneer?

Q.
I have a metal implant in a knocked front tooth. The tooth is physically fine, but grey. Would internal bleaching or a veneer be better?
A.
Probably a bit of both would work the best. Bleach first then a veneer to finish it off
