Is price quoted by dentist for braces to correct fanged tooth suitable? What are my options?

Hi I recently went to the dentist and I am not happy with one of my teeth it looks rather like a phang I asked dentist how much to straighten and he recommended a brace but with only one wire and to be warn 22 hours a day only thing is he said it cost£1200 is this true and is this the best option many thanks ,
A. Hi The cost is up to the individual dentist and the local area. It may be best to get a second opinion locally. Before booking in check that the practice does do orthodontics. It may be worth looking into a veneer as an alternative. Rob
