Q. Hi Dr. Moore, I was hoping you could answer a question for me. In your opinion is it safe to use a .1% stannous fluoride rinse on porcelain crowns and composite fillings? I was recently sold some stannous fluoride by my dentist, but have since seen information on the internet that says it is not advised for porcelain restorations. Thank you!,
