Q. Hi i wonder if you can help me my front two teeth have always been longer than the rest of my teeth basically it look like i have buck teeth. I am now 26 and everyone has always told me its because i have such a small face and mouth as i get older it will balance out. Guess what it never did! Is there anything i can do to fix them. Is it possible to shorten them without damaging the rest of the tooth.
