Is it possible to have RCT to a molar tooth, especially considering the difficult positioning?

Q. Is it possible to go for RCT to a molar tooth? The question is asked because of the position of the tooth. As it is at the extreme end, making hole to reach the tooth might be difficult. Please let me know if it is possible.,
A. It might be very difficult to access but might be worth a try if the tooth is viable.
