Is it possible to have my teeth taken out and have false teeth?

Q. please can u advise me, ive had problems with infection in my roots from side 2 side for years, the problem is in my gums i think my dentist said, ive always gone, and had so much work to keep my own teeth. now my front bridge has fell out and one of the roots is fractured im thinking of having them all out. is it possible to do this and have false teeth, but if i cant seetle with them ,can i have screw ins at a later date, or does it have 2 be rite after extraction. if i have screw ins will the problem still be there. many thanks for your help,
A. Thank you for your enquiry, If you are considering having all your teeth taken out you would be best to have implants put in straight away because as soon as the teeth are removed you start to loose bone. The bone is what holds the implants in. I would strongly advise a specialist opinion before having them removed.
