Q. I’ve just come back from my dentist after a chech up – my old dentist has switched to private and so it was a new person that I saw. He asked how long ago I had my bottom lateral teeth removed? I told him I’ve never had any teeth removed and then he said perhaps they just didn’t grow. He showed me a picture of a set of teeth that had four teeth in the middle with the canines either side and pointed out in a mirror that I’m missing two. I do have two gaps of 3 or 4 millimeters but definately not enough space to put two teeth into. I have all 4 top teeth between the canines. Is in normal to be missing teeth like this, no other dentist has mentioned it before.,
