Is it necessary to go for root canal treatment before crowning, in the case of the front teeth?

Q. is it necessary to go for root canal treatment before crowning, in case of front teeth.???if not wat wil happening in future??? wil there be pain while changing the crown in future???plz advice…need to know as soon as possible.,
A. Teeth are only root filled if there is infection present in the nerve or the act of preparing a tooth for a crown/veneer will damage the nerve( elective root treatment). You do not need root treatment just because you are haveing a crown but you may need root treatment later if the nerve becomes infected as time goes by
