Hi i have signed up for the clearstep treatment and i wanted to know is it common practice to create space between the teeth for crowded teeth?

| would like to get clearstep braces for my 15 year old daughter (very slight crossing of two front teeth). Can you tell how much consultation (where you take xrays etc) is for this treatment. thanks

My top teeth have been diagnosed moderate, needing 12-16months treatment and my bottom teeth severe, needing 16-20 months. How much in your estimation would that treatment cost? Would that include whitening? If not, how much extra would that be? I have been told I would need a frenectomy, could you do that? How many of your orthodontists in London are experienced with ClearStep? Roughly how many ClearStep treatments does thatcentre do a year? Is there any form of contract? At what point in treatmentdo you take payment? – I am concerned that if I pay it all up front and ClearStep go bust I will lose all my money I have already had the initial diagnosis and x-rays etc – would I be able to transfer them to your practice?At what cost? In my case I am having difficulty choosing an orthodontist. I have boiled it down to two, however, the cost of treatment for lingual braces differs by £4000 between the two. The more expensive orthodontist has more qualifications and has been practising for longer but the difference in price is significant and I do not know how to asses whether the other orthodontist who is still experienced will be able to achieve the same result. I feel comfortable with both – how do I decide between the two. I need to make a decision soon so a prompt response would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Hi, I am 32 year old female with slight overjet. I had cosmetic dentistry done to make my teeth look straight. It has definitely fixed the problem tosome extent. But I still wanted to correct the problem if possible for better smile. I have following questions: 1. Can lingual braces be used to correct the Overjet problem? 2. Can invisalign also be used? 3. If the problemis not too much can Lingual STB be used? 4. Is surgery also required in addition to braces or is it done instead of braces treatment? 5. im enquiring about your various teeth straightening options. i have consulted my regular orthodontist who has suggested a fixed brace, but she had only two options available: traditonal braces and a clear version of these using a single wire across the teeth. Im wondering what other options are available to me.
