I would like to study dentistry at university. What advice can you give?

Hi, i’m interested in studying dentistry at university but would like to know how hard and competitive getting a place at a good uni is. Also i’d like to know what sort of experience is respected when applying to a uni.

All dental courses are very competitive. they will expect sopme A* GSCE grades and some A* predicted A level grades. They all like to see a few weeks work experience at a dentist , maybe some voluntary work. It also helps if you have an interest ouside academia, sports music etc.
