I would like smaller front teeth, what are the best treatments?

Hello, now my two teeth at the front are quite large and i would like them a bit smaller and pushed back so they are in line with the rest. What would be the best way to sort this problem out? Braces or cosmetic surgery because i want them to be done straight away as wearing braces does take a lot of time. I have a cosmetic dental surgery near where i live but have not yet been to them.

I had braces and it did not correct the problem with the overbite and now i have periodontal disease and my two front teeth would need to be replaced with implants which i was told by my dentist but the cost is so high. Resides in Trinidad West Indies . Thanks for your time and advice.
