I want my braces done abroad, wil lmy dentist in the UK tighten them up when I get back?

Q. Hi i am going abrod for holiday and at the same time i will try to get braces put in because it will cost be about £500. The problem is that how do i tighten by braces when i come back to the UK,
A. hi this will be a big problem as no orthodontist/dentist will want to touch your braces as if they do they become responsible if the braces are not done correctly

Can only an orthodondist knows how to tight braces or can a dentist do it as well
