I think my wisdom teeth are moving my teeth, can I have Invisalign to correct this?

Q.
At the moment my wisdom teeth are coming through, as they are their pushing all my teeth forward and causing overcrowding and crookedness at the front. On a daily basis my teeth are moving. I did have braces when I was 13 but almost all the work they did is being accelerated to return my teeth to there original state. The other problem is that I can feel a small amount of swelling and have got some pain. How quickly can I be treated, everyday I don’t my teeth move more and I am simply becoming embarrassed to smile anymore. I’m basically 20 I annoyingly I think after alreadying having braces in my teens for 4 1/2 year I would like to look at invisalin. But what can I do about the movement. The retainers I was giving don’t fit and the orthodontist and my dentist are not where I live? What can I do ?
A.
The wisdom teeth may need removing but they aren’t the cause of the crowding at the front. This is caused by mesial drift of the teeth and orthodontic relapse. I would try to ask your regular dentist to arrange a referral for the removal of the wisdom teeth (if required)and speak to an Invisalign dentist to arrange this treatment afterwards
