I think my root canal treatment has caused pain on my left-side and audio transmission, does that sound plausible?

hello. I am living in the Uk and have been having some problems with my current dentistry. ever since I got a root canal done I experience extreme pain on my left side, involuntary winking and closing of eyes, jerking of limbs, and have even heard what sounds like an audio transmission of some kind. Is there anyway that my dental work could cause all this? thank u.

Conventional wisdom would suggest that something else is going on at the same time. I would suggest a referral to a neurologist .
