I need to find an NHS dentist to remove my wisdom teeth, any suggestions?

Q. I am no currently registered with a dentist and im having difficulty finding and NHS dentist the problem is that my wisdom teeth on top are broken and falling apart. every so often while im eating a small broken part will dislodge itself. it is causing some discomfort as the sharp edges of what remains of my wisdom tooth on the top right hand side keep rubbing against my cheek. is it possible to have them removed without going to the dentist as i cannot afford to go private?,
