I need a successful treatment for my receding gum problem?

Q. I have had receding gums in the past (hereditary), which are fine now. As s result though my top two teeth at the front have small black “triangles” that are fairly visible. I have been told about gum grafts. Would this work to cover the triangles and what is the success rate? Thank you

A. It can work well in some cases, depending on the amount of bone underneath. Arrange an appointment with a Periodontist and they will be able to give you a better idea of your options.
