Q. Hi Dr I know i need a root canal (lower 7 left). It is now making me ill , sinus infection, the week before bad headaches and now bad shoulder pain!. Tooth not hurting but playing havoc with immune system. Shall i keep it or remove it is the question?? no teeth in front of it. Is it possible to have dentures if I do remove tooth. (today though nagging ache coming through my ear!). what type of dentures can i have – not really keen about implants! besides too expensive. thanks
