i just want to get rid of the dull yellow coloured teeth is vineers a good option?

Q. Hello. From an early age, I have had discoloured teeth and I’m at the stage where I’m tired of not being able to smile with confidence like everyone else. I have tried various teeth whitening products such as Crest white strips and even Laser tooth whitening which did bring my teeth up a few shades but not to my satisfaction. I would like to know what you think I should do next? I don’t want to spend more money on products or services that simply don’t work or achieve a decent level of whiteness. I am not looking for Simon Cowell teeth, I just wan’t to get rid of this dull, yellow-coloured look. I was thinking of trying Vineers. (I’m 22 by the way). Do you think Vineers would be the best option? One last question, do you know of a good place I could get that done? I’m not rich but I don’t want to pay for shoddy work either so I’m willing to spend a bit to achieve my goal. Thanks in advance!

A. Hi Veneers are ultimately the most predictable way of improving the colour of the front teeth, however they are expensive starting from £500 per tooth and there will need to be some trimming of the teeth. You could also try professional custom made bleaching trays, we use Enlighten, it works better than laser whitening for most people. Often we use this system first before veneers as it often means placing less veneers.
I’m not sure where you live so I can’t recommend anyone close by, however we are in Essex let me know if I can help [email protected] or 01245 268 494  Regards  Andrew
