I have white spots on my teeth after two years of wearing brackets. Can you help me?

Q. Dear Dr Caplan, I’d been wearing brackets for 2 years before 2 years. Now, I have white spots ot my teeth. I heard that you are into hat sphere! Please, hepl me.,
A. white spots are due to decalcification of the enamel. They can be repaired with recalcification techniques or if severe they can be restored with white fillings or even veneers
