I have two missing teeth and gaps on my front 6 teeth I think I need bridges or implants how much would this cost?

Q. I have two teeth missing on either side of my top teeth and would love a bridge or implants as i feel awful when i smile. I have the front six teeth as the gaps are at the sides? please help and estimate a costing of what surgery would cost thanks

A. Hi Catherine, many thanks for your enquiry, it sounds like the missing teeth are the first premolars, this should be relatively simple to sort out, the best most long term option would be the placement of 2 dental implants and to restore them with crowns. The cost of this treatment being around £5000. The other more invasive option would be to bridge the gaps. This is still a fixed option however this would mean preparing the teeth on either side of the gaps to allow for the space for the bridges. These are in general less long lasting than implants. The cost of the two bridges combined would be around £3700 for all porcelain bridges. Hope all this information is helpful.
