Hi Catherine, many thanks for your enquiry, it sounds like the missing teeth are the first premolars, this should be relatively simple to sort out, the best most long term option would be the placement of 2 dental implants and to restore them with crowns. The cost of this treatment being around £5000. The other more invasive option would be to bridge the gaps. This is still a fixed option however this would mean preparing the teeth on either side of the gaps to allow for the space for the bridges. These are in general less long lasting than implants. The cost of the two bridges combined would be around £3700 for all porcelain bridges. Hope all this information is helpful.
