I Have Suffered With A Sinus-Like Head Cold Ever Since My Sinus Lift Procedure. Will This Go Away?

Hello Dr Hughes, I had a sinus uplift procedure 7 weeks ago which was successful. I had the stitches removed after 10 days and everything seems to be healing well. However I have suffered with a sinus-like head cold ever since the procedure, which is not improving after taking over the counter medicines. Is this problem linked to my procedure of just a coincidence? If it is linked, how long do I have to suffer with the symptoms? Am I likely to suffer with this problem for the foreseeable future? I do not usually tend to suffer with sinus related colds. I look forward to your reply. Thank you.

Hello, and thank you for getting in touch. Based on what you have told me I would advise that you seek advice from your sinus lift surgeon and go back for them to examine you.
