i have some white spots on my upper teeth what might be reason? is there a remedy
Q. Hi Dr. Safeer, I’m a 15 yr old girl wearing ceramic braces. I take care of my teeth well [atleast that’s what I feel]. My teeth look good after I brush them at night. But when I wake up in the morning, I notice some white spots on my upper front teeth. Even after brushing my teeth, they don’t disappear. I’m really worried. What, according to you, might be the reason for this? Is there any remedy for this?

it is likely that there is some retained cement from your braces on these teeth which becomes more obvious as the teeth dehydrate at night due to decreased saliva in the mouth,
