i have some tooth staining with brown yellow mark on the teeth would bleeching be an option

Q. Im a 23yr old ex smoker and i have some tooth staining but recently i have become paraniod that it is becoming more noticable. It also seems to vary from day to day and can often be alot worse in the mornings, with brown/yellow marks on my teeth but by the evening be whiter again. Would bleeching be an option?, it really only seems to affect my upper two front teeth. I have been looking into Veneers but obviously they can be very expensive.

A. A stain that varies during the day may be a deeper characteristic in the enamel rather than a surface stain. If the tooth dries out the enamel may be more frosted and appear whiter. IF this applies in your case then Veneers would give a better result. ( guide price £350-800 per tooth )
