Q. Dear Dr I have an issue which has really affected my confidence and self esteem.Due to this i hate geting pics taken of myself. I actually have a very small mouth and thin upper lips and thts why when i talk , my teeth dont show at all…it seems i dont have teeth. and when i smile my lips dont stretch enough to make a proper smile, and my teeth dont show while smiling, if i really force myself, they show a little bit but then my face looks distraughted, and my nose expands alot( i already have a wide nose). People keep asking me to smile a big and teethy smile for the camera, but i just cant because no matter how much i try my teeth wont show like they do in other peoples smiles. Pls help me out with my problem and tell me if there is any solution to it. (I have inherited small lips from my father.) Thanks.
