I have protruding teeth after orthodontic treatment, any advice?

Q. iam 22,with protroding frontal teeth [dental proclination] even after extraction of the four 4s and orthotreatment ,i want some advice ,by the way iam studing dendistry,
A. The protrusion is due to the angulation of the roots of your teeth and the amount this can be reduced is dependent on how much bone surrounds the roots. The front teet could also be reduced in width slightly to allow them to come in more. It also depends on the position of your lower front teeth if they are also proclined it will stop the front teeth moving back. You must remember biologically there is only a certain amount teeth can be pulled backwards, you can send me a photo if you want more advice.
