I have little cracks holes and need to have dental veneers please help in the payment plans

Hiya i really need help im getting married in august this year my front top teeth are a mess, my last dentist but a white paste over them which has made them worse now i have little cracks holes and the nhs waiting list is 2/3 years for veneers and private dentists are fully booked or charging far to much and dont do payment plans for me to pay please i really need some help many thanks
