My last appointment my orthodontist said that I have a bit of an overbite and that he wants to take out one tooth. Don’t worry, if you are happy with your teeth in the position they are currently in and they are comfortable in your natural biting position, then I would suggest leave well alone. It is normal to have a bit of an overbite and as long as you wear your final retainers, your teeth will stay in the same position as you get older. Just confirm with your orthodontist if there are any specific reasons why he wants to remove a tooth and what will your teeth look like, as you are happy with them as they are right now.
