I have damaged my retainers, can I get them replaced?

Dr Butt. I have damaged my bonded and plastic retainers ovewr time from ortho treatment but the orthodontic practice where I had the treatment are refusing to help fix them based on the grounds that I am discharged from their care. Will any other orthodontic practice be able to help although I wasn’t treated there? I’m freaking out as I don’t want my teeth moving and the orthodontist who straightened my teeth years back is now retiring. Thanks

Yes new removable retainers can be provided by any practice providing orthodontic care and if still required, new bonded retainers can also be refitted. Expect around £100 each for a removable retainer and £150 each for bonded retainer.
