i have cracked chipped and missing teeth along with rotting teeth

Q. I ama 23 yr old male and i have very bad teeth from as long as i can remember i have cracked chipped and missing teeth along with rotting teeth. it is so unpleasant i actually don’t go out any more. i have zero confidence and zero self respect because of this. can you help?

There is lots that can be done to sort this out. You need to start with a clinical asesment to find out what the problems are, and what the cost to fix it would be .
