I have an abscess present under a capped tooth, what should I do?

A. hi it is unlikely to come out on its own but more likely to give you a dental abscess and extreme pain
I have an abscess under my capped back tooth. It’s loose and very swollen my jaw is huge,I have no money for dentist what home remedy can I use for now. I can’t sleep it’s been 3 days now and I’m tired and in excruciating pain that it’s going down my side of my neck.
