I have a patch on the front of my right front tooth

Q. I have a patch on the front of my right front tooth which was much whiter than the rest of my tooth (and other teeth)when I was younger-but is now going yellow-I’m now 28. Also-in the left side of my mouth, my upper and lower canines are turning outwards and the tooth next to both of these are turning inwards. How could these problems be corrected

A. You need to go to a dentist and ask them all of the options available to you. To correct the alignment of your teeth you have the option of braces or vneers, Braces are the better option. The yellow mark on your tooth could be due to fluorosis and probably the only way to correct it is to cover it over with white fillong material.
Kind regards
